Dangerous Structures

When buildings or other structures become dangerous, e.g. as a result of accidental damage, our Surveyors will undertake inspections and advise on the remedial measures necessary to make the building or structure safe.

In circumstances of extreme danger, legislative power exists to allow us to take immediate action to remove the danger and recover the cost from the building owner.
