When submitting online, please ensure you make payment or type 0.00 into the fee field otherwise the application will NOT be summitted to Building Control and we will not be notified of the application.

Due to changes in that came into force on 1 October 2023, additional information must be provided with an application for approval with full plans (whilst we are waiting for our on-line forms to be updated we have created a link to the supplementary information required below. If this is not received with the application we will send out the necessary pro-forma on receipt on your application).

The roles referred to on the supplementary information form are specific to the roles as detailed in the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and are not the same of those referred to in the CDM Regulations.
