We enjoy a close working relationship will all other Local Authority departments, so if we do not know the answer, we will usually know someone who does.
Customer Support
- All letters will be acknowledged within 5 working days from receipt
- Acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days
- Answer all telephone calls promptly
- A surveyor will be available during the working day in person or via the telephone to answer any questions
- We will be happy to arrange timed meetings at our offices if required
Building Regulation Service
- Acknowledge receipt of a Full Plans application within 5 working days
- Acknowledge receipt of a Building Notice within 5 working days
- Carry out site inspections on the same day if booked before 10am. Although we cannot offer timed appointments, we will endeavour an AM or PM slot.
- Issue Completion Certificates within 10 working days of a satisfactory completion visit
- No limit on the number of inspections we can make to site.
